
Implementation of an e-commerce model in UAB “Švento Jurgio puta”

One of the activities of UAB “Švento Jurgio puta” is the production of custom-made furniture. The company focuses on the production of furniture and buildings for the remote workplace. In order to increase its profitability and expand, the company is implementing the project “E. Implementation of a commercial model in UAB “Švento Jurgio puta”. The project is being implemented under the European Regional Development Fund’s part-financed measure “E. The COVID-19 commercial model”.
The European Regional Development Fund has allocated EUR 49 725,00 for the project. The total value of the project is EUR 66 300.00. The project will reorient sales processes by introducing e. a commerce system that will enable secure and uninterrupted communication with customers, more efficient order management and business development.

Remote workspace products are gaining in popularity as people avoid social contact or are unable to work in the workplace, and are looking for convenient solutions for their home workplace. The company’s ambition to implement e. a commercial system to enable the end customer to assemble all the modular building components, heating and ventilation elements, interior decoration and furniture. It is predicted that 60-70% of retail orders will come through this system once the customer self-service system is in place. The increase in orders will enable the company to expand, become more competitive and increase its profitability.
The customer self-service solution will contribute to the development of the company and will enable revenue growth. It is a long-term investment project that will directly benefit the company for years to come.

Development and implementation of a product design solution to increase the revenue of Švento Jurgio puta UAB

The company is implementing the project “Development and implementation of a product design solution to increase the revenue of Švento Jurgio puta UAB” in order to increase its competitiveness and profitability. The project is implemented under the “Creative Vouchers COVID-19” instrument, part-financed by the European Regional Development Fund. The European Regional Development Fund has allocated EUR 69 750.00 for the project. The total value of the project is EUR 93 000.00. The project will develop and implement original design solutions for a remote workplace – an outdoor hut, a remote workplace – a furniture set, product packaging and marketing innovations. The project starts in 2022. 18 January and will be implemented by 2023. 31 January
In order to meet the demand for teleworking in the pandemic and the prospects for teleworking, the project aims to develop and deploy products of original design – a teleworking field house and furniture, and product packaging. Innovation in furniture design and production will give the company a competitive edge in the market and allow it to take a better position. The original design will not only provide aesthetic satisfaction for the user, but will also meet ergonomic needs. All of this will create the conditions for increasing the company’s potential and revenue growth. The project will also develop and deploy marketing innovation content in the form of video advertising. This promotional tool will ensure the dissemination of the company’s new product design, help promote the teleworking cabins and furniture that have been installed, and help raise the company’s profile.
The project will increase the company’s potential, productivity and sales volumes, which will in turn increase the company’s productivity and profitability, which is a prerequisite for the sustainable and long-term development and expansion of the company. The project will help to create long-term awareness of the company and add value that will have a direct impact on the company’s competitiveness and positioning in the Lithuanian market for years after the project implementation.
